About

Jordan F. Harlow is a seasoned labor, employment and education attorney with over 12 years of experience in New York State. Prior to founding Harlow Law, P.C., he worked as a special adviser to the Spanish Mission to the United Nations and as Partner in Glass Harlow and Hogrogian LLP. Mr. Harlow represents both employees and management with a particular emphasis in matters involving claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, failure to accommodate, and wage violations. His priority is to achieve the desired outcome for his clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. As such, Mr. Harlow utilizes a pragmatic approach to legal conflicts with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolutions (ADR) and pre-litigation negotiations. However, Mr. Harlow is an aggressive litigator when litigation is the only feasible route, having tried cases in federal, state and administrative courts.
